This company is legit when they tell you it's shipped correctly. This thing came double boxed with the outer box being very heavy. They actually had a pretty bad puncture, but I believe the double box saved it from damage. The unit is nicer than expected, it has a heavy base and doesn't move around. You can barely hear it running. This was on sale at the time and beat harbor freights identical unit by $40 and the HF unit doesn't come with any media. That's another $30 from them. I would def buy again.
