I have many TERVIS Tumblers. I love them all. This one is perfect for any Ohio State Buckeyes fan especially, if they like the old Brutus Buckeye design. I love it & don't care for the new Brutus Buckeye design. I have given many TERVIS Tumblers as gifts. The only negative thing I can say about the company is their customer service is not as good as it was when I first started buying them. I called & told them a custom designed tumbler cracked. They sent an immediate replacement & didn't ask me to return the cracked tumbler. Now, they treat you like you are lying about a cracked tumbler. They make you send the cracked tumbler at your expense. I have only had custom tumblers crack. I know they have a lifetime warranty but they aren't cheap in price. I shouldn't have to pay to return a cracked tumbler. They should honor the warranty & reimburse you for the shipped cost to send it to be replaced. For that reason, I don't buy them much anymore. I had to buy the old Brutus Buckeye tumbler. I love him! THE OHIO STATE BUCKEYES ARE 8 TIME NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!! GO BUCKEYES GO!!A durable and attractive tumbler! My iced tea stays icy longer thanks to the double-wall insulation. I also love that it is made in the USA and has a lifetime guarantee. I own many Tervis products and am happy with them all.I have bought several Tervis holiday glasses to give as gifts. I plan on filling with candy, small toiletries, or socks. I send a lot of packages off to active duty military women and men. I'm looking forward to packing these up in a cute way and sending them off. I think they will really be appreciated for the thought and quality!It looks like a great cup. However there is no lid so it is really not usable as intended. In the photo, it does not show a lid but if you slide over to the fourth image on the product page, it shows the lid. So it should be more clear if it is not included.Attractive and great sizeI really like these cups this is my second one.
