Love the product but the straw was broken when the package was opened.i was disappointed the cup didn't light out of the box. The instructions for replacing the batteries were totally obscured by black nonsense print. Product arrived just in time for toddler's graduation. Nice to hand to a kid and tell her that Pop would have to fix it alreadyIt broke the day we got it and it wasn't a cheap item. I paid almost $13 for it and it was junk. I was very unhappy with itThese things don’t work properly I purchased one for myself and one for my daughter and the water leaks into the battery area and the flashing LED won’t stop.
