Very easy to use!This press works well however, it smells really bad. Almost like burning plastic.I have to open the windows when using this machine.This press is just what th Dr. ordered it works just like it supposed to thank youThis item is exactly what I was looking for. It has made my job so much easier. I really think this is a great value!this press broke when i got it but they made it right sent me another one to check out better machine i would buy from them againwhen you press and it leave a residue behind so you have to put some kind paper in between but not all the time the paper works for a while I thought it was the cups or tumbler that was defective but I just purchased a different mug press and Press with those same cup and it came out fine also it said it press mugs 11oz&15oz it doesn’t Sadly I’m stuck with it but maybe others have better experience then I didThe smell is a turn off, unable to tight well
